Kathmandu Valley Tour

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International airport, Kathmandu, you will be greeted by lucky holidays representative(s) and then you will be transferred to a pre-specified hotel. After conducting the hotel check-in procedure, you can either take a rest or hang around in the city depending on your interest and time constraint. In the evening, there will be a pre-trip discussion and introduction with your tour guide. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions related to the tour program. Overnight in the hotel itself.

After having breakfast in the hotel, you will rendezvous with your tour guide and then embark upon a sightseeing program, which will lead you to various historical and spiritual sites in Kathmandu valley. Some of these landmarks are considered UNESCO World Heritage Sites; The Durbar Squares(Kathmandu), the sacred Hindu temple of Lord Pashupatinath, the famous Buddhists stupas Swyambhunath & Bouddhanath amongst which Bouddhanath is considered the biggest Buddhist stupa in the world. You will be returning to the hotel for the night.

After breakfast, we drive to Thimi which is a medieval pottery village. Then we continue our drive to another most popular medieval city,Bhaktapur that has still preserved medieval arts, architecture, culture, and unique lifestyle. After lunch in Bhaktapur, we further drive to Changu Narayan, the oldest temple of the Kathmandu valley. The route to Changu Narayan passes through small villages and farmlands. Then we head toward Nagarkot located at an altitude of 2,175m above sea level. We stay overnight at Nagarkot to enjoy the magnificent sunset view over the major peaks of eastern Himalayas including Mt Everest. Overnight at hotel in Nagarkot.

Early in the morning sunrise view and view of magnificent Himalayas over there in Nagarkot. After breakfast, we drive up to Sangha,Dhulikhel and Namo Buddha (1982m.).On the way, you will have a magnificant view of local villages, nice terraces along with the world tallest statue of Lord Shiva. You will enjoy a thrilling view of mountains valley and hills from Namobuddha. You will visit popular Buddhist monastery where Lord Buddha is believed to have saved the life of a tiger dying from hunger. You will also experience Newari culture in Dhulikhel.After the tour, we drive back to Kathmandu and stay overnight in hotel.

You will be transferred to the international Airport on time for your onward flight journey. NOTE: We will customize the itinerary as per the requirement of the customer other than the above.
