Kathmandu Pokhara Tour

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International airport, Kathmandu, you will be greeted by Lucky holidays representative(s) and then you will be transferred to a pre-specified hotel. After conducting the hotel check-in procedure, you can either take a rest or hang around in the city depending on your interest and time constraint. In the evening, there will be a pre-trip discussion and introduction with your tour guide. You will have an opportunity to ask any questions related to the tour program. Overnight in the hotel itself.

After having breakfast in the hotel, you will rendezvous with your tour guide and then embark upon a sightseeing program, which will lead you to various historical and spiritual sites in Kathmandu valley. Some of these landmarks are considered UNESCO World Heritage Sites; The Durbar Squares(Kathmandu and Bhaktapur)the sacred Hindu temple of Lord Pashupatinath, the famous Buddhists stupas Swyambhunath & Bouddhanath amongst which Bouddhanath is considered the biggest Buddhist stupa in the world. You will be returning to the hotel for the night.

After breakfast, you will have scenic drive to Pokhara along the East-West Highway. You will be transferred to a hotel on arrival. Pokhara is a remarkable place of natural beauty and is the second largest city of Nepal. This enchanting city has several beautiful lakes and offers stunning panoramic views of Himalayan peaks. The serenity of lakes and the magnificence of the Himalayas rising behind them create an ambience of peace and magic. This valley is the mostly used starting point for the trekking of Annapurna circuit. Overnight at hotel.

You will wake up early in the morning and drive to Sarangkot to view the magnificence of the sunrise. After having breakfast, you will be involved in a city tour of Pokhara which covers all major places of tourist interest such as David’s Fall (Natural Water Fall), Gupteshwor Cave, Barahi Temple, Mahendra Cave and Mahendra Pul and International Mountain Museum. Boating on Fewa Lake for one hour in the afternoon is sure to fresh you up. Transfer to Hotel for overnight stay.

You will be transported to Kathmandu in your private coach. Evening will be spent on your own. You can have your last minute shopping. Overnight at hotel in Kathmandu
